3 · Add trusted knowledge
Create a knowledge collection and upload your FAQs, prices or policies. Attach the collection to your agent. Test questions whose answers are in those documents.
4 · Listen and publish
Use text and voice playgrounds to test the saved agent. Verify pronunciation, numbers and unanswered questions. Publish the version you approve.
5 · Capture and follow up
Enable the website widget for your published agent. Collect consented callback requests and manage them in Leads. Booking and order status require a verified external integration.
