What is a voice minute?
One minute of a live voice conversation with your AI agent on your website or in the playground. Text chat is counted separately, per customer message.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Your assistant politely tells visitors it is unavailable for voice or chat until the next month or until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are prepaid for one month or one year. If you do not renew, your workspace moves to the Free plan and keeps all agents, leads and knowledge.
Can I upgrade in the middle of a month?
Yes. The unused value of your current plan is converted into extra days on the new plan.
